TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL REMODEL
With many years of experience in the industry - here are our tips for the best remodel experience!
HAVE A PLAN
Epik provides low cost design consultations that allow you to dive into you priorities and goals for your project. This can eliminate any confusion around what the finish project looks like in your mind and what the final product looks like in your home. Our consultations provide peace of mind and professional guidance that is well worth the small investment.
It is a surprise to many of our clients that there may be a 2-6 week wait period for us to begin their project because of the high demand for our "Epik Crew". Speak with our scheduler early - even if you are not quite ready to begin your project.
WHY YOU SHOULD CONSIDER LETTING US PURCHASE PROJECT MATERIALS
We highly recommend that our customers let us purchase materials with the project to ensure proper quality and quantity of each necessary item. This can eliminate back-orders and additional wait time when project is "half complete". However, we will install pre-purchased materials as well.
If you do decide to order materials on your own make sure you check to see how long it will take to get your order in so you can start your project on time. You can speak with our scheduler about this if you need professional guidance.
"Rome was not built in a day"
Remember that each home is different and each remodel has its own challenges. Be patient with the crew working on your home. We always make it our goal to finish each project as scheduled.
Keep communication open with your project manager. This will ensure that the remodel is completed just the way you want. Last minute changes are more difficult to accomplish than changes throughout the project.
CHEAPER IS NOT ALWAYS BETTER
Although Epik's prices are very competitive with todays market we like to remind our customers that your home is one of your biggest investments in life. You wouldn't shop around for "discount surgeons" on a major surgery - sometimes you do truly get what you pay for!
REMODELING IS NOT WHAT YOU SEE ON TV
